LaunchQuest is a web application that helps indie game developers discover relevant YouTube creators for game marketing. We are based in France, European Union and act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

At this stage, we collect only one type of personal data:

We do not collect names, payment information, usage analytics tied to your identity, or any other personal data at this time.

3. Why we collect it

We collect your email address for the following purpose:

• To notify you when LaunchQuest launches or when your waitlist position is ready
• To send occasional product updates related to LaunchQuest

Legal basis: Your explicit consent, given at the time you submit your email address (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time.

4. How we store your data

Your email address is stored securely using the following services:

• Supabase — our database provider. Your email address is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted within the European Union. Supabase is GDPR-compliant and acts as a data processor on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until LaunchQuest ceases operations. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@launchquest.app.

6. Your rights under GDPR

As an EU resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data
