1. What LaunchQuest is

LaunchQuest is a web application that helps indie game developers discover YouTube creators relevant to their games. It is currently in pre-launch and available as a waitlist only. Access to the product is not yet guaranteed or implied by joining the waitlist.

2. Waitlist

By submitting your email address, you are expressing interest in LaunchQuest. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific launch date, any particular feature set, or any form of compensation. We reserve the right to admit waitlist members at our sole discretion.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LaunchQuest to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission

4. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and data on LaunchQuest — including the tag-matching system, creator discovery data, and UI — is the exclusive property of LaunchQuest. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimers

LaunchQuest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Creator data is sourced from third-party APIs (YouTube, Steam) and may not always be accurate or up to date.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchQuest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including any reliance on creator data or marketing outcomes.

7. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue LaunchQuestat any time without notice. We may also update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify waitlist subscribers of material changes by email where possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
